Occupational therapy helps children develop the skills they need to participate in everyday activities with greater independence and confidence. Therapists work with children to strengthen fine motor skills, improve sensory processing, and build self-care abilities such as dressing, feeding, and hygiene. They also support the development of play and social interaction skills, which are key for growth and learning.
