To qualify for SoonerCare, applicants generally need to meet certain citizenship and income criteria. Eligibility is also determined by specific categories, such as:

• Children under 19 years of age
   
• Pregnant women
   
• Adults aged 19-64 who are not eligible for Medicare
   
• Individuals aged 65 or older
   
• Individuals who are blind or have disabilities
   
• Women under 65 in need of breast or cervical cancer treatment
   
• Individuals who aged out of foster care on or after January 1, 2023

SoonerRide is a non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) service provided by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) for SoonerCare members. It offers transportation to and from medically necessary appointments, including:

• Doctor visits
• OBGYN Appointments
• Specialist appointments
   

Key Details:

• Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled at least three business days in advance. For instance, to arrange a ride for a Thursday appointment, you should call by Monday.
   
• Service Hours: Monday through Friday 

7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST.
